1 Definition and Acceptance of Roobet Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Roobet ("Platform", "We" or "Roobet"). By accessing, registering for or using any Roobet service through the website roobet-jit.net, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with all terms contained herein.

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

• "Roobet Platform" – refers to the website, mobile application and all services provided under the Roobet brand.
• "Member" – an individual who has registered a valid Roobet account and is aged 18 or above.
• "Account Balance" – the actual funds (excluding bonuses) held in your Roobet account, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus" – any additional credits, cashback, or incentives granted by Roobet to members are subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Games" – all gambling products available on the Roobet platform, including live casino, Sports Betting, slots, and card games.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) – the identity verification process required by Roobet to protect the security of your account.

2 Member Eligibility & Roobet Account Policy

To register for and use the Roobet platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be residing in or physically located in Malaysia at the time of using Roobet's services.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Are not legally prohibited from participating in online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• Has never had a Roobet account previously closed or suspended due to a terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Roobet account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the freezing of all funds held within them. Roobet reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Required documents may include a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), a recent bank statement and proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within 14 days may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Roobet offers a range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and no foreign payment methods are accepted.

For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding RM5,000, full KYC verification must be completed beforehand. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit – this is Roobet's standard security measure to prevent financial fraud.

Roobet does not charge any transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges beyond Roobet's control. Members are responsible for checking these fees directly with their respective providers.

4 Roobet Bonus & Promotions Terms

Roobet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on their respective promotions pages, as well as the general bonus terms outlined in this section.

General terms applicable to all Roobet bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or redeemed directly for cash.
• Rollover requirements must be met within 7-day period from the date the bonus is credited, unless otherwise stated.
• If the rollover requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be automatically forfeited.
• Roobet reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of any bonus with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses are only valid for members whose accounts are active and in good standing with no restrictions.

5 Rollover Rules and Game Contributions

A rollover (also known as a wagering requirement) is the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15x rollover means you must place a total of RM1,500 in bets (RM100 × 15) before a withdrawal is permitted.

The contribution rates towards meeting the rollover requirement on the Roobet platform are as follows:

• Online Slots – 100% contribution (every RM1 wagered = RM1 rollover)
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) – 20% contribution
• Sports Betting (odds 1.50 and above) – 100% contribution
• Sports Betting (odds below 1.50) – 0% contribution
• Other Table Games – 10% contribution

Bets placed using real account balance (not bonus funds) do not count towards bonus rollover. Roobet's system automatically prioritises the use of bonus funds before real funds on every bet placed while a bonus is active.

6 Game Rules & Dispute Resolution

All games available on the Roobet platform — including Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports), and slots — are governed by the individual game rules set by our licensed game providers.

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Roobet's policy is as follows:

• If an interruption occurs before the outcome is determined, the bet will be fully refunded to the member's account.
• If the outcome has been recorded by the server prior to the interruption, that result is final and binding.
• Roobet is not liable for any disruptions caused by a member's internet connection or device.

For Sports Betting on Roobet, all bets accepted before an event begins are valid. Bets accepted after an event has started or after the outcome is known (including cases where information was not received in time) will be voided and refunded. Roobet reserves the right to review and void bets accepted due to technical errors, including incorrectly displayed odds.

7 Roobet Member Personal Data Protection

Roobet is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Personal data collected includes name, identification number, email address, phone number, payment information, and platform usage data.

8 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

To keep the Roobet platform safe, fair, and enjoyable for all members, certain activities are strictly prohibited. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure, as well as fund forfeiture:

• Fraud and manipulation: The use of automated software (bots), scripts or any unfair method to gain an advantage in Roobet games.
• Money laundering: Using the Roobet platform as a channel to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to cheat the system, particularly in live table games.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or using unauthorised methods to meet rollover requirements.
• Third-party use: Allowing another person to access or use your Roobet account.
• System disruption: Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with the technical infrastructure of the Roobet platform in any way.

9 Roobet's Commitment to Responsible Gambling

10 Account Termination, Terms Amendments & Governing Law

Roobet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons without prior notice in cases involving illegal activity or fraud:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Confirmed instances of cheating, collusion, or system manipulation.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the required timeframe.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.
• Internal business decisions made by Roobet that are unrelated to member conduct.

If an account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a terms violation, Roobet will process the withdrawal of any valid account balance within 30 business days. Funds linked to fraudulent activity or terms violations may be frozen pending investigation.

These Roobet Terms & Conditions are governed by Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the Roobet platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts.
